Axalore P100 is a silicone-free professional compound designed to mechanically polish the paint surface using a controlled abrasive process. It removes and refines defects rather than temporarily hiding them with silicone, wax or cosmetic fillers.
Suitable for OEM finishes, refinished surfaces, clearcoats and gel coats. Always perform a test spot and use the least aggressive pad-and-process combination that achieves the required correction.

Prepare
Clean and dry the surface. Remove dust, sanding residue and contamination. Work on a cool panel away from direct sunlight.

Shake and apply
Shake well before use. Apply a small amount to a clean polishing pad and spread over a manageable working area.

Correct
Work in sections with a rotary or dual-action polisher using moderate pressure and overlapping passes. Keep the pad flat. With a rotary, begin near 1,200 RPM and remain within a controlled range suited to the pad and paint system.

Refine
Reduce speed and pressure on the final passes. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.

Inspect
Remove residue with a clean microfiber towel. Inspect under directional lighting. Repeat or finish with a softer pad only where required.

Make the process work for the panel.
Temperature
Apply between 15°C and 30°C surface and ambient temperature. Avoid hot or sun-exposed panels.
Pad care
Clean the pad frequently. A loaded pad loses correction efficiency, creates heat and can leave haze.
Product amount
After priming the pad, use only enough product to maintain a thin, workable film.
Final refinement
Dark or sensitive finishes may benefit from a softer polishing pad and a separate finishing step.

Precautions

Rinse thoroughly with clean water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.

Wash affected skin thoroughly with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing. Obtain medical advice if irritation develops or persists.

Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth and contact a poison centre or physician promptly. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Storage
Keep the container sealed. Store between 5°C and 45°C in a cool, well-ventilated area. Protect from freezing, excessive heat and direct sunlight.
Disposal
Dispose of product, residue and empty packaging in accordance with applicable local requirements. Do not release into drains or the environment.
